Some par-boiled, peeled potatoes (tinned)
Some kidney beans (tinned)
Some sliced peppers (frozen)
Some sweetcorn (frozen)
One dried red chilli (hanging about)
Plenty of salt, pepper, dried parsley and lemon juice, to season
Blue cheese salad dressing
